1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of this website and the provision of services by Avionly Suisse GmbH (“Avionly,” “we,” “us”).

2. Services
Avionly provides aerospace engineering services, development support, consulting, and placement of engineering contractors to third parties. Services are governed by separate written contracts.

3. Formation of Contracts
All engagements require a written agreement specifying deliverables, payment terms, timelines and responsibilities.

4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in materials produced by Avionly remain with Avionly or its licensors unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and non-public information.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avionly’s liability under any contract or in connection with the use of the website is limited to direct damages up to the total fees paid under the contract, and excludes incidental or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of the Canton of Lucerne, Switzerland.

8. Changes to Terms
Avionly may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
